Terms of Service

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES:

* If you choose shipping JMD is NOT responsible for any damages or loss of items after handed to USPS for shipped items.

* Returns and exchanges are not available due to each item being handmade to order.

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

-We do not accept cancellations; or changes to an order. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we will do our best to correct the problem.

 UNTIED BOWS:

* All bows are handtied, so they can come undone. If the bow comes untied, I will gladly retie it for you. Please contact me.

 HANDMADE:

 -All items are handmade by me; I am not a factory so therefore no set will be identical. I try hard to make your items as perfect as possible, in the event there is a defect that I missed please reach out to me via the contact information below.

Due to the nature of custom products, no refunds or exchanges are allowed. If you have sizing questions please email me or join the facebook group for pictures and additional help prior to purchase. If there is an error on my end, I will do everything in my power to make it right.

 *****Please do not allow children to handle bows. They will untie or break apart and potentially pose a choking risk. Supervise children at all times. Never allow children to wear head wraps or bows on nylon while in a car seat. *****

SHIPPING/ TAT:

* Shipping price for most is $4

* TAT is 2-3 weeks depending on items in stock or preorder (EXCLUDES holidays and weekends) unless item states it is RTS (ready to ship) RTS items will ship in 3-4 days. 

* LOCAL PICKUP- pickup is only available Monday-Friday with occasional weekend meets.
